These Terms of Service govern your use of BrewDate, a speed dating service operated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in a BrewDate event. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Registration requires payment of the event fee as displayed on the registration page. Payments are processed securely through Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, and other methods). Your spot is only confirmed after successful payment.
By attending a BrewDate event, you agree to treat all participants and staff with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without refund. Photography or recording of other participants without their consent is not permitted.
During the event, you will indicate your interest in other participants. If both you and another participant express mutual interest, we will share your first name and email address with each other. Your contact details are only shared when a match is mutual. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. After that, your spot is reserved and the fee is non-refundable. If BrewDate cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund.
BrewDate facilitates introductions between participants. We are not responsible for the outcome of any interactions, connections, or relationships that result from our events. Participation is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
